This Acceptable Use Policy explains the permitted and prohibited uses of the GUESTPOST SOFTWARE platform, services, digital solutions, publisher opportunities, content development support, software development services, pre-built app solutions, and related online business growth services.

This policy applies to all customers, users, publishers, vendors, content creators, developers, consultants, service partners, and any other person or entity accessing or using the GUESTPOST SOFTWARE platform. 1. Platform Overview

GUESTPOST SOFTWARE is an AI-powered Digital Solutions and Services Platform offering pre-built app solutions, custom software development, website development, Digital PR, media outreach, content development, editorial publishing support, and related online business growth services.

All services are delivered digitally. GUESTPOST SOFTWARE does not sell, ship, or deliver physical goods. Delivery may occur through customer dashboard updates, email communication, support tickets, published URLs, reports, downloadable files, demo links, staging links, source files, access credentials, or other agreed digital delivery channels.

2. Purpose of This Policy

The purpose of this Acceptable Use Policy is to protect customers, publishers, service partners, payment providers, card networks, and the GUESTPOST SOFTWARE platform from illegal, harmful, deceptive, unsafe, restricted, or high-risk activity.

By using the Platform, placing an order, submitting content, listing publisher opportunities, receiving payouts, or participating in any service workflow, you agree to comply with this Acceptable Use Policy and all applicable laws, regulations, payment-provider rules, card-network rules, advertising standards, intellectual property laws, data protection laws, and platform policies.

3. General Acceptable Use

You may use GUESTPOST SOFTWARE only for lawful, transparent, and legitimate business purposes, including:

  • Digital PR and media outreach campaigns;

  • Editorial publishing support subject to publisher review and approval;

  • Content writing and content development services;

  • Software development, website development, and app-related digital solutions;

  • Pre-built app solution discovery, purchase, customization, or handover;

  • Responsible brand visibility and online business growth activities;

  • Legitimate publisher participation and editorial service delivery;

  • Approved business-to-business digital service transactions.

All use of the Platform must be accurate, lawful, non-deceptive, and consistent with the order scope, publisher guidelines, applicable advertising disclosure obligations, and our Terms and Conditions.

4. No Search Engine Manipulation or Misleading SEO Claims

GUESTPOST SOFTWARE focuses on editorial quality, publisher verification, workflow transparency, Digital PR, content development, and responsible brand visibility.

You must not use the Platform for:

  • Artificial search engine manipulation;

  • Misleading ranking claims;

  • Guaranteed traffic, guaranteed ranking, or guaranteed SEO outcome schemes;

  • Spammy, automated, irrelevant, or deceptive link placement activity;

  • Content designed primarily to mislead search engines or users;

  • Any activity that violates publisher editorial guidelines or applicable search engine guidelines.

GUESTPOST SOFTWARE does not guarantee search engine rankings, indexing, traffic, conversions, revenue, or business growth outcomes.

5. Prohibited Content and Business Categories

GUESTPOST SOFTWARE may reject, cancel, suspend, or refuse delivery of any order, account, campaign, publisher listing, content submission, or service request involving prohibited, restricted, unsafe, deceptive, unlawful, or high-risk activity.

The following categories are strictly prohibited unless expressly approved in writing by GUESTPOST SOFTWARE and legally permitted:

5.1 Illegal Products, Services, or Activities

  • Any product, service, content, transaction, or activity that violates applicable law or regulation;

  • Facilitation of unlawful activity;

  • Bribery, corruption, illegal payments, or illegal inducements;

  • Fraudulent, deceptive, unsafe, or harmful business activity;

  • Products, services, or activities identified by payment providers, card networks, or government agencies as high-risk, deceptive, fraudulent, unsafe, or unlawful.

5.2 Gambling, Betting, and Games of Chance

  • Online gambling;

  • Casinos;

  • Sports betting;

  • Lottery schemes;

  • Games of chance involving money, prizes, or financial reward;

  • Gambling-related affiliate, lead generation, or promotional content where restricted.

5.3 Adult, Sexual, or Escort-Related Content

  • Pornography or sexually explicit content;

  • Escort services;

  • Sexual services or adult entertainment;

  • Adult dating or sexually exploitative content;

  • Content involving minors, exploitation, coercion, or non-consensual activity;

  • Any adult content prohibited by law, payment-provider rules, or platform policies.

5.4 Controlled Substances and Unsafe Products

  • Controlled substances;

  • Narcotics;

  • Illegal drugs;

  • Steroids or performance-enhancing substances where restricted;

  • Drug paraphernalia;

  • Unsafe consumer products;

  • Products presenting consumer safety risks;

  • Products or substances requiring special regulatory approval where such approval is not verified.

5.5 Prescription Drugs, Healthcare Claims, and Regulated Medical Products

  • Prescription medicines without proper authorization;

  • Unapproved pharmaceuticals;

  • Misleading health, medical, or cure claims;

  • Illegal sale or promotion of medical products;

  • Regulated healthcare products or services without required licenses, approvals, or disclosures.

5.6 Weapons, Firearms, and Dangerous Goods

  • Ammunition;

  • Weapons;

  • Explosives;

  • Knives, tactical weapons, or self-defense products where restricted;

  • Weapon accessories or regulated weapon-related content;

  • Instructions, promotion, or facilitation of harm or violence.

5.7 Counterfeit Goods, Stolen Goods, and Intellectual Property Violations

  • Counterfeit goods;

  • Replica or fake branded goods;

  • Trademark infringement;

  • Copyright infringement;

  • Stolen goods, including stolen digital or virtual goods;

  • Unauthorized resale of protected software, accounts, credentials, keys, licenses, or digital assets;

  • Content violating rights of publicity, privacy, or intellectual property rights.

5.8 Hate, Violence, Harassment, and Exploitation

  • Hate speech;

  • Violent extremism;

  • Discriminatory content;

  • Harassment, threats, intimidation, or abuse;

  • Content exploiting a crime, tragedy, disaster, or victim;

  • Content promoting self-harm, terrorism, violence, or unlawful organizations;

  • Content targeting protected groups or vulnerable individuals in a harmful manner.

5.9 Deceptive, Fraudulent, or Misleading Content

  • Fake claims, fake reviews, fake testimonials, or fake endorsements;

  • Misleading business representations;

  • False advertising;

  • Phishing, impersonation, spoofing, or identity deception;

  • Misrepresentation of products, services, pricing, guarantees, or business outcomes;

  • Content designed to deceive customers, publishers, payment providers, regulators, or the public.

5.10 High-Risk Financial, Investment, and Crypto Activities

  • Unregulated investment products;

  • Get-rich-quick schemes;

  • Pyramid schemes;

  • Ponzi schemes;

  • Multi-level marketing schemes where deceptive, unlawful, or high-risk;

  • Unregulated forex, securities, commodities, or trading schemes;

  • High-risk crypto investment schemes, ICOs, token sales, or speculative financial promotions;

  • Payday loans, predatory lending, or deceptive financial products;

  • Debt collection, credit repair, or financial claims where restricted or unlicensed.

5.11 Tobacco, Nicotine, Alcohol, and Age-Restricted Products

  • Tobacco products;

  • Vaping products;

  • Nicotine products;

  • Alcohol-related products or promotions where restricted;

  • Age-restricted goods or services without proper legal compliance, licensing, and age-verification controls.

5.12 Malware, Cyber Abuse, and Technical Misuse

  • Malware, spyware, ransomware, viruses, or malicious code;

  • Phishing pages or credential theft;

  • Hacking tools or unauthorized access services;

  • DDoS activity or bot activity;

  • Scraping, crawling, or reverse engineering without authorization;

  • Sale, promotion, or distribution of stolen accounts, credentials, databases, or personal information;

  • Any content or service designed to compromise systems, networks, users, or data.

5.13 Sanctioned, Restricted, or High-Risk Jurisdictions and Persons

  • Transactions involving sanctioned persons, entities, countries, or territories;

  • Users subject to trade restrictions, embargoes, or sanctions;

  • Orders that may violate export control, AML, KYC, tax, or foreign exchange regulations;

  • Transactions flagged as suspicious, high-risk, or non-compliant by payment providers, banks, regulators, or GUESTPOST SOFTWARE.

6. Payment Provider and Card Network Compliance

Users must comply with the acceptable use policies, restricted business rules, terms of service, and compliance requirements of relevant payment providers, banks, card networks, and payment gateways, including PayPal, Stripe, Razorpay, and any other payment method displayed at checkout.

GUESTPOST SOFTWARE may reject, restrict, suspend, refund, cancel, or decline any transaction, order, service, wallet-related activity, or account if it may violate payment-provider rules, card-network rules, applicable law, or internal risk controls.

7. No Payment Facilitation, Escrow, Remittance, or Stored-Value Use

GUESTPOST SOFTWARE acts as the merchant of record for eligible customer orders placed through the Platform. Publishers, developers, content creators, consultants, vendors, and service partners act as independent service delivery partners, vendors, or subcontractors of GUESTPOST SOFTWARE.

Users must not use GUESTPOST SOFTWARE for:

  • Payment facilitation;

  • Escrow services;

  • Money transfer or remittance;

  • Wallet-to-wallet transfers;

  • Stored-value activity;

  • Cash-equivalent credits;

  • Investment pooling;

  • Fundraising, donations, or charitable collections unless expressly approved in writing;

  • Receiving, transferring, withdrawing, or exchanging money outside approved service transactions.

Platform wallet credits, where available, are non-transferable service credits usable only for eligible digital solutions and services on GUESTPOST SOFTWARE. Wallet credits cannot be transferred between users, withdrawn as cash, exchanged for money, used for remittance, or treated as stored-value money.

8. Content Submission Standards

Any content, URL, keyword, anchor text, website, document, file, creative material, or business information submitted to GUESTPOST SOFTWARE must:

  • Be accurate, lawful, and non-misleading;

  • Not infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or contractual rights;

  • Not contain malware, harmful code, or deceptive redirects;

  • Not promote illegal, restricted, unsafe, or prohibited products or services;

  • Comply with applicable advertising disclosure requirements;

  • Comply with publisher editorial guidelines and applicable platform policies;

  • Not include false claims, fake endorsements, or misleading guarantees;

  • Not contain defamatory, threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or harmful material.

GUESTPOST SOFTWARE may reject, request modification, remove, suspend, or decline any submitted content that violates this policy or creates legal, reputational, payment, editorial, technical, or compliance risk.

9. Publisher and Service Partner Requirements

Publishers, developers, content creators, consultants, vendors, and service partners using GUESTPOST SOFTWARE must comply with this policy, the Terms and Conditions, applicable publisher obligations, and all relevant laws and payment-provider requirements.

Publishers and service partners must not:

  • Misrepresent traffic, authority metrics, ownership, pricing, delivery timelines, or content standards;

  • Publish prohibited, illegal, deceptive, unsafe, infringing, or harmful content;

  • Remove delivered content before the agreed minimum duration without proper resolution;

  • Accept off-platform payments from customers introduced through GUESTPOST SOFTWARE;

  • Bypass platform workflows, compliance review, or payment controls;

  • Engage in fake reviews, rating manipulation, or deceptive performance claims;

  • Fail to comply with advertising disclosures, including sponsored or nofollow attributes where required;

  • Use customer data for any purpose other than approved order delivery.

10. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must:

  • Provide accurate business, billing, order, and contact information;

  • Submit only lawful websites, URLs, keywords, and content briefs;

  • Disclose regulated, sensitive, or restricted business categories before placing an order;

  • Respond to compliance, KYC, order, or delivery requests in a timely manner;

  • Use purchased services only for legitimate business purposes;

  • Not misuse published URLs, content drafts, publisher details, dashboard data, or service partner information;

  • Not initiate bad-faith chargebacks, false disputes, or abusive support claims;

  • Not attempt to bypass platform fees, order workflows, compliance checks, or publisher rules.

11. Off-Platform Transactions and Non-Circumvention

Users must not offer, request, solicit, accept, or complete transactions with publishers, vendors, content creators, developers, consultants, or service partners introduced through GUESTPOST SOFTWARE outside the Platform unless expressly authorized in writing.

Off-platform transactions, fee avoidance, direct payment solicitation, account sharing, and circumvention of platform workflows may result in account suspension, cancellation of pending orders, withholding of payouts, loss of wallet credits where permitted, and legal action as described in the Terms and Conditions.

12. Referral Programme Abuse

Where GUESTPOST SOFTWARE operates a referral programme, users must not engage in referral abuse, self-referrals, fake signups, duplicate accounts, bot-generated referrals, reward cycling, or any activity intended to manipulate referral rewards.

Referral credits may be reversed, withheld, cancelled, or forfeited where abuse, fraud, duplicate accounts, self-referrals, refunded orders, chargebacks, or policy violations are identified.

13. KYC, AML, Sanctions, and Compliance Review

GUESTPOST SOFTWARE may request identity, business, billing, tax, source-of-funds, website ownership, publisher ownership, or other documentation for KYC, AML, sanctions, fraud, payment-provider, tax, or legal compliance purposes.

Failure to provide requested documentation may result in order delay, payout delay, transaction hold, account restriction, payment method restriction, order cancellation, refund review, or account termination.

14. Enforcement Actions

If GUESTPOST SOFTWARE determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a user, customer, publisher, vendor, content submission, order, transaction, or account violates this Acceptable Use Policy, we may take one or more of the following actions:

  • Reject or cancel an order;

  • Request additional information or documentation;

  • Remove or restrict submitted content;

  • Pause delivery or publisher assignment;

  • Disable specific payment methods;

  • Hold, reverse, or delay wallet credits, payouts, or referral rewards where legally permitted;

  • Suspend or terminate the user account;

  • Refuse current or future service;

  • Report unlawful activity to payment providers, banks, regulators, law enforcement, or affected third parties where required or appropriate;

  • Take legal action to protect GUESTPOST SOFTWARE, customers, publishers, service partners, or the public.

15. Refund and Delivery Impact of Policy Violations

Orders involving prohibited, illegal, deceptive, restricted, unsafe, or high-risk activity may be cancelled or refused. Such orders may not be eligible for refund where the violation is caused by the customer, user, publisher, vendor, or submitted content.

Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy and Terms and Conditions. Where a refund is approved, it may be processed to the original payment method where technically and legally possible, or as wallet credit where selected by the customer, where the original method is unavailable, or where permitted under applicable law and payment-provider rules.

16. Reporting Violations

If you believe that any user, publisher, vendor, content, website, order, transaction, or activity violates this Acceptable Use Policy, please contact us with relevant details.

17. No Obligation to Accept Borderline or High-Risk Orders

GUESTPOST SOFTWARE reserves the right to refuse any order, content, category, industry, campaign, customer, publisher, vendor, or transaction that may create legal, editorial, compliance, reputational, payment, fraud, sanctions, tax, AML, or operational risk, even if the category is not expressly listed in this policy.

Customers in regulated, sensitive, or borderline categories should contact GUESTPOST SOFTWARE for written pre-review before placing an order. Pre-review does not guarantee approval, delivery, payment processing, publisher acceptance, or refund eligibility.

18. Policy Updates

GUESTPOST SOFTWARE may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time to reflect changes in services, law, payment-provider requirements, platform rules, publisher standards, risk controls, or business operations.
