- Clear and logical paragraph flow
- Professional Writing Style & High Readability:
The tone should be clear, engaging, and easy to read. Use short sentences, active voice, and avoid jargon unless explained. Aim for a strong readability score (ideal: 60+ on Flesch).
- Detailed & Value-Driven Content:
Provide actionable insights, analysis, examples, statistics, case studies, or real-world relevance. The content should solve a problem, answer key questions, or educate the reader.
- Formatting & Structure:
Ensure proper structure for clarity:
- Introduction (context & relevance)
- Body (subheadings, bullet points, examples)
- Conclusion (summary or key takeaway)
- No grammar or spelling errors
- Internal & External Linking Rules:
You may include 2 to maximum 3 follow links, strictly based on the guest post order details
- Do not add extra promotional links outside the approved list
- Any non-relevant, spammy, or low-quality links will be removed or rejected.
- SEO Metadata Requirements:
Each article must include:
- SEO-friendly Page Title (50–60 characters)
- Meta Description (120–155 characters)
- URL Slug Recommendation (short, clean, keyword-based)
- No Promotional, Misleading, or Clickbait Content:
Content must be value-focused, not overly promotional. Avoid salesy language, exaggerated claims, or misleading headlines.
- Rejection & Revision Policy:
If the content does not meet the above criteria, it may be rejected outright. You will be requested to revise only once—if not corrected properly, the submission will not be published.
